In an exclusive interview with India Today, Ukrainian Member of Parliament Kira Rudik said Russian President Vladimir Putin did not expect the resistance his troops are facing in Ukraine. <br /> <br />"Ukrainians who fled the city are now coming back with arms, to protect it. There is no way Putin can have our capital," she said.
